This study discusses the importance of sustainable development and how to achieveits goals and principles, which transform all aspects of society, including economic, political, and social dimensions. Sustainable development has become a pressing necessity that every society strives to achieve. Today's concept of development includes human development, considering it as both a means and an end to development, justified by its necessity. Development is linked to an institutional and realistic framework characterized by inclusivity and the integration of multiple and diverse dimensions related to the sustainable development process. The aim is to invest in human capital through a work program aimed at developing human beings in all aspects: education, health, culture, sports, and securing job opportunities by offering programs to develop their capacities and skills.
There are some studies that have directly addressed some systems for managing and developing human resources, such as the employee performance evaluation system. These studies have discussed the impact of evaluation results in guiding human resources policies. Other studies have addressed training programs, which are very necessary for developing the skills
