The research aimed to develop e-reading skills among high-achieving students in the middle school, and to identify the impact of the technical approach in developing these skills among them. The research followed two approaches: Descriptive and experimental, using a two-group experimental design. They were divided into two groups: experimental, numbering (30) students, and control, numbering (30). A student. A list of (20) e-reading skills was prepared, and an e-reading test was prepared for second year middle school students. The pre- and post-application of the test was conducted, and it was found that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students of the experimental group and the control group in the electronic reading test as a whole, and in its main skills separately, and the difference was statistically significant at the level (0.01) in favor of the experimental group in the post-application. The size of the program's impact was large; Its value reached (0.84), and the research recommended the necessity of using the technical approach in teaching the Arabic language to learners at different educational levels, in developing all language skills, and benefiting from research tools and materials in the educational process, and other recommendations and proposals..
