This study, entitled "Evaluation of the Level of Use of Digital Technologies in the Educational Process by Faculty Members at Taibah University", seeks to assess the extent to which faculty members rely on digital technologies and identify the challenges and opportunities facing them in this regard. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach by distributing a questionnaire and conducting interviews with a sample of faculty members at the university. The results of the study concluded that there is an average level of adoption of technologies with some challenges to their optimal use, such as lack of training and inappropriate organizational structures. The study also presented a number of recommendations to improve the level of utilization of the capabilities of digital technologies and address the challenges that prevent this, with the aim of developing the educational process. The study generally recommends addressing challenges at the organizational and individual levels, by focusing on infrastructure, training and technical support, to achieve optimal use of digital technologies to benefit the educational process, designing continuous training programs to develop technical skills among faculty members, and establishing an effective incentive system to encourage the use of technologies.
