This research focuses on designing a mobile learning environment aimed at developing interactive video production skills among primary school teachers. The study employs a quasi-experimental design with one group and pre- and post-measurements. The research sample consisted of 30 female teachers from Bani Hussein Mixed Primary School in Assiut Governorate. This study emerges in the context of rapid technological advancements in the 21st century, where integrating technology into education has become essential, especially after the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on education systems. Previous studies indicate a significant weakness in teachers' technological skills, highlighting the urgent need for effective training in technology use. The research emphasizes the importance of interactive videos as an educational tool that enhances active learning and improves students’ academic performance by enabling better interaction with educational content. The study includes interviews and surveys with primary school teachers to identify their training needs. The results revealed that a large percentage of teachers lack knowledge about interactive video production and express a strong desire to attend specialized training courses. The research highlights the benefits of using mobile learning environments, such as increasing teachers’ motivation to enhance their technological skills and improving their ability to create engaging educational content. The study sets several objectives, including identifying the essential skills for interactive video production and exploring the impact of designing a mobile learning environment on enhancing teachers' cognitive and performance aspects. This significant step toward advancing education through modern technology, contributing to improving education quality and meeting students' needs.
