Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of the counseling program based on mental alertness in improving psychological flexibility among mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder, and to achieve the goal of the research, a list of mental alertness techniques was prepared and in the light of which the program was prepared and arbitrated and a monitoring form was used (prepared by the researcher), psychological resilience scale (preparation of Amal Baza), the semi-experimental approach was used for one group pre- and post-test, and the research group consisted (20) of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder Between the ages of (25-38) and the application of the program to the research group found the results of the research that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post test in favor of the post-test, while there are no statistically significant differences in the post-test and tracer, which shows the effectiveness of the program based on mental alertness in improving the psychological flexibility of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder and the research recommends expanding the use of guidance programs for mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder as it has proven effective in improving flexibility Psychological.
