A future vision for empowering pre-university teachers in the context of hybrid education philosophy.

The study aimed to reach a future vision to empower pre-university education teachers in light of the philosophy of hybrid education. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The study yielded many results, the most important of which are: - Facilitating training, empowering the teacher in decision-making, improving organizational and environmental conditions so that work can be done with maximum efficiency, the necessity of improving the teacher's performance to become able to perform the tasks and requirements of his work efficiently and effectively, informing the teacher of the latest educational and psychological theories, effective teaching methods and modern teaching techniques, improving and updating teachers’ specialized knowledge, providing qualified human cadres capable of dealing with the variables of the digital age and having digital information awareness, the availability of Internet services and their technical and software requirements, providing continuous technical support for them, material requirements by providing devices and support for training courses and research, the possibility of converting courses into electronic courses, providing electronic assessment, providing a system for managing electronic content, and providing an advanced electronic infrastructure.
