The paper aims to identify the most important criteria for the adoption of educational journals within the rules of global publishing, using the prescriptive and forward-looking curriculum; By collecting data and information on various global publishing rules and magazine accreditation rules and to identify some Arab and international efforts in formulating some standards for the adoption of magazines in global publishing rules such as Scoops, Clarfitt, etc.
, in addition to knowing the reality of some local educational journals and thus a list of the most important criteria for the adoption of local magazines within the global databases using the Delphi method; To obtain the highest consensus of expert’s editors of several educational journals, some expert gentlemen of faculty of education in Egypt.
and then develop a future vision of the criteria for accreditation of educational journals in the light of some contemporary global trends
