Title: A collaborative e-learning environment to develop the skills of using digital platforms among educational technology specialists.

The current study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a collaborative e-learning environment on developing the skills of using digital platforms among educational technology specialists. The research sample consisted of (30) specialists from educational technology specialists in the secondary stage. The researcher used an electronic achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of Microsoft Teams program skills (prepared by/ researcher), an observation card for the performance aspect of Microsoft Teams program skills (prepared by/ researcher), and a collaborative e-learning environment to develop the skills of using digital platforms (prepared by/ researcher). The research reached the following results: The effectiveness of the collaborative e-learning environment in developing the skills of using digital platforms (Microsoft Teams) among educational technology specialists, as the difference between the average scores of the two measurements (pre- and post-test) was significant at the level of (0.01).
