The aim of the current research is to develop some scientific thinking skills and life skills among the first grade secondary students, and to identify the impact of the use of educational scaffolding in the development of some scientific thinking skills and life skills for them, and to achieve this goal, the research group was selected from the first grade secondary Azhari students at the Hussein Rushdi Girls Secondary Institute, using educational scaffolding, and the scientific thinking skills test and the life skills scale were applied to the research groups before and after, and the results came to confirm the improved performance in favor of the dimensional application of the experimental group, where the value of"T" was 8.962 to test scientific thinking skills and 48.682 for the skills scale The size of the impact for the scientific thinking skills test was ETA square(0.93), and the size of the impact for the life skills scale was ETA square(0.95), which confirms the impact of using educational scaffolding in teaching biology to develop scientific thinking and some life skills among first grade secondary students.
