The research aimed to determine the appropriate creative oral expression skills for talented preparatory stage students, and know their availability, and approved for this purpose descriptive and experimental approaches using a single -group semi -group design, and a list of creative oral expression skills included (20) skills, testing to measure it, and apply The research at the Joint University School in Assiut Governorate, on (30) students in the second preparatory grade, were identified through the companies and procedures adopted in the research, and the research reached the availability of fluency skills in the creative oral expression among talented linguistic students, and the availability of flexibility and originality skills in expression Creative oral in a weak degree; He recommended the need to pay attention to developing these skills among talented linguistic students, and building educational programs and using appropriate teaching methods and strategies in light of their characteristics to achieve this goal, and other recommendations and proposals.
