The impact of administrative practices on providing a safe school environment: an applied study on Mangers of middle schools in Jeddah

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the level of administrative practices in middle school and the level of safe school environments in middle schools. The research sample consisted of (367) individuals. The researcher relied on the descriptive method as a research approach and used a questionnaire as a research tool. The researcher reached many results including that the level of administrative practices of middle school principals was (high), and the level of the safe school environment in middle schools was (high). The research reached several recommendations including the need to develop the skills of school principals in administrative practices and work to improve and develop the infrastructure in middle schools.
