Abstract

The study aims to study the reality of voluntary work in secondary schools for girls in the city of Baish.To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used.The sample of the study consisted of (280) secondary school students in the city of Baish, in the second semester of the year 2022-1444 AH.They were randomly selected, and a questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information.The results concluded that the level of the reality of voluntary work in secondary schools for girls in the city of Bish as a whole was high, and it was found that there were statistically significant differences in the first field (the reality of volunteer work in secondary schools for girls in the city of Bish) in favor of the category “more than 30 hours of volunteering”.While there were no statistically significant differences in the second field (difficulties faced by female students in practicing voluntary work in secondary schools in the city of Bish) according to the variable of voluntary work hours, and it was also found that there were statistically significant differences in the second area (difficulties faced by female students in practicing voluntary work in secondary schools in the city of Bish) in favor of the category (within the school), while it was found that there were no statistically significant differences in the first field (the reality of voluntary work in secondary schools for girls in the city of Bish) according to the variable of the place of voluntary work.
