The present research aimed to develop some habits of mind of preparatory-stage students using Rotated Blended Learning. The pre-post quasi-experimental design based on the control and experimental groups was adopted. The research group was also selected from second-year preparatory stage students at El-Gama'a School affiliated with the Assiut Educational Administration in Assiut in the first semester of 2023-2024. Their number was 76 male and female students, divided into two groups: a control group of( 38) students and an experimental group of( 38) students taught using Rotated Blended Learning. To achieve the research objectives and verify the validity of its hypotheses, research materials and tools were prepared, including a Teacher’s Guide, an activity booklet of exercises, and Rating Habits of Mind Scale to measure the extent to which students possess the habits of (persisting, listening with understanding and empathy, striving for accuracy, questioning and posing problems, thinking and communicating with clarity and precision; reciprocal thinking). Results of The research revealed a statistically significant difference using (T) test which was estimated (26.44 ) at The level of (0.01) in favor of The post administration of The Habits of Mind Scale, which indicated The effectiveness of using Rotated Blended Learning in Teaching Science. The research recommended using Rotated Blended Learning in Teaching Science and including Habits of Mind in Science courses, training courses for Science teachers on using and assessing Habits of Mind also recommended.
